This website
This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not collect personal information from visitors, and we do not build profiles of who visits.
Two things happen automatically that you should know about. Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. And the page loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. If you would rather avoid that, a content blocker will stop it and the site will still work.
If you email us
We keep your message and your email address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share contact details.
Client information
In the course of an engagement we access business systems and data belonging to our clients, which can include their customers' personal information. We access it only to perform the agreed services, we do not copy it out of the client's systems except where a service requires it, and we do not use it for any purpose of our own. Our confidentiality obligations are set out in our Terms of Service.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to know what a business holds about you, contact that business directly — they control the data and we act on their instructions.
Payments
Client invoices are processed by Stripe, which handles payment details directly. We never receive or store full card or bank account numbers.
Service providers we rely on
- Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS
- Google — email, and the typefaces on this site
- Stripe — invoicing and payment processing
